- Bonded: We bond all of our employees in the event of a theft that you are protected. All of our cleaners have a background and driver’s license check annually.
- Insurance: We carry insurance to protect your home and its contents in case of broken items, damage or accidents.
- Worker’s Compensation is covered on all of our cleaners in case of an injury in your home.
Our service is based upon how we can help, not contracts. Clients may cancel/suspend services at any time for any reason. An advance notice of two (2) business days is respectfully requested.
We will assign a cleaner to your home on a scheduled date and time. Start times can vary for afternoon cleanings due to weather conditions or unforeseen situations that arise in a previous home. If a cleaner is running behind, we will call to notify you.
Our cleaners bring all the cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners, dusters and cleaning clothes. If you would like us to use one of your products or supplies, call the office so we can instruct the cleaners on proper use.
Many of our clients work or have busy lives. During your in-home consultation, we will discuss how you would like us to enter and exit your home.
We accept cash, in the exact amount, or checks, written to: MTO Cleaning Services as forms of payment. For 1st time cleaning or out of state cleaning, a credit card may be asked to reserve your spot. All payments are due at the time of cleaning and can be left on the kitchen counter for your cleaner to collect.

Life happens! We respectfully request a 48 hour notice if you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning so that we can accommodate our cleaners schedules.
- In case of illness: to prevent the spread of flu and virus, we ask that you call to reschedule your cleaning. With the same courtesy, we will not send a cleaner to your home that is ill.
- Ohio weather: Mother Nature affects us all. We do adhere to parking bans, road level alerts and weather conditions. We notify clients of any changes.
- Holidays: Due to the high volume during the holiday season, in early November we send out reminder/rescheduling letters for services performed from Thanksgiving through the New Year. This will enable our clients to adjust as needed with plenty of advance notice.

Cleaning prices are based on size of home, frequency of cleaning, condition of home, pets and the amount of detail needed. An in-home consultation will provide you with accurate pricing. If the condition of your home changes due to construction, increased activity, pets or inconsistent conditions, we will call to reevaluate your cleaning needs.

No. We clean the traffic areas. We do suggest you move end tables, eating chairs, coffee tables and easily moved items so we can just come in and clean. If we are cleaning under furniture, we will put safety tabs under the furniture to prevent staining and bleeding from the bottoms of furniture.
