Life happens! We respectfully request a 48 hour notice if you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning so that we can accommodate our cleaners schedules.
- In case of illness: to prevent the spread of flu and virus, we ask that you call to reschedule your cleaning. With the same courtesy, we will not send a cleaner to your home that is ill.
- Ohio weather: Mother Nature affects us all. We do adhere to parking bans, road level alerts and weather conditions. We notify clients of any changes.
- Holidays: Due to the high volume during the holiday season, in early November we send out reminder/rescheduling letters for services performed from Thanksgiving through the New Year. This will enable our clients to adjust as needed with plenty of advance notice.
